A Little About Jason

Meet Jason

I'm an athlete at heart, always have been and always will be. I've enjoyed the competition that playing sports provided, whether it was competing against other people, the game or the perceived boundaries of my body. In short I like to push the limits of what I'm capable of doing, you can say I like to go. Since retiring from football that outlet has been mountain biking. Putting some music in my ears and getting lost in the miles and miles of mountain bike trails. This November I'm doing something different, something out of my comfort zone, I’m running. Not just anything, the New York Marathon, 26.2 miles to raise money and awareness for those who don't have a voice. Some of Africa's most vulnerable and orphaned children who's education or lack there of is determined by their geography or economic class. The opportunity to help provide an education, the foundation in which our future is built, is my motivation. There is a scripture in the bible that says "to whom much is given, much is required", I was given the gift of athletic ability and as a professional athlete I was given a platform, one in which I've been able to and will continue to use to help others. Join me and help provide that foundation, an education that will give these children a future to make their world a better place God Bless, Jason
